Lenny is a proud Aboriginal man from the Wiradjuri Nation of Central Western NSW. Lenny is a qualified Workplace Trainer and Assessor in the heavy machinery industry and for over 15 years worked in a management role in the Stevedoring Industry at Port Botany. He has also been a successful business owner on the Sunshine Coast, employing and mentoring around 10 local youths at any given time. He is currently studying Community Services and has a strong passion for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and wellness and identifying a lack of services available to our people. Lenny’s aims to empower young mothers and their children to be proud of their cultural identity and engage in discussions where cultural knowledge is able to be shared among them.
